We work with a trusted Production Partner to fulfill our orders, and since products may be produced and shipped from different locations, delivery times can vary.

  • Canada Shipping:

    • Delivery time: 5-14 business days (depending on the product and shipping location).

    • Please note that customs fees or import duties may apply upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • UK Shipping:

    • Delivery time: 5-12 business days (depending on the product and shipping location).

  • International Shipping (other locations):

    • Delivery time: 7-21 business days (depending on the destination country and product availability).

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout, based on your location and the products in your order.

Multiple Shipments

Due to the fact that some products may be fulfilled from different locations, your order may arrive in multiple shipments. As a result, different items in your order may arrive separately and at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment, so you can track the progress of your order.
