Refund policy
We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in shipping, we can offer a refund or reshipment. You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
To request help with a damaged, defective, or lost item, please reach out using our Contact Form. Requests made after 30 days from delivery are not eligible.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We do not accept returns. However, we can offer a refund or reshipment if your item arrives damaged, defective, or is lost in shipping, as long as you contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for gift cards or sale items.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
